Tracking is one of the various screens where you can see how the track IR is recieving data from the reflective targets on the either vector clip or dots you mount on your cap. Track IR will response on any reflective object (such as metal watch, CD or similar) but the best and the most acurate signal it gets from the original reflective targets since they are made of a special highly reflective material and specially designed for that. In the tracking screen you can also check if your cap is positioned in the centre of the IR spectre.
